It's always a little daunting dealing with accounts, HMRC and Finance, and it was great to meet Mark and have things explained without there being a fear I wouldn't understand. I've asked for further clarity on elements and Mark has provided video explanations along with worded emails to ensure I was fully aware of the state of my accounts. The team are quick to respond and happy to answer questions as best they can without feeling like I've gone through layers of red tape. Documents and tools are available and easy to use and find, and the team are on hand. Having had to deal with HMRC a few times it was a comfort knowing Mark was there to sort things out and ensure the documents were on time and I was fully aware of my responsibilities and dates. While not relevant to me, the information on schemes and changes based on both Brexit and Covid provided has been great, just knowing the support is there to explain and help when things do change or are disrupted is a comfort. ~ Simon E
